It can be frustrating feeling your weight is out of control. I've found the best thing
is to get moderate exercise and eat 1/2 of what I want on the plate. This may sound simplistic
but that plus a little bit of a fat burner supplement can really make a difference.
Also if you have stress in your life doing yoga, meditation or another
way to reduce it can really make a difference. Think about how you use food to deal with the
void and watch your mind for a week.
